As a student athlete yoga has helped with my recovery and flexibility process tremendously. Doing yoga after hard days of practice and lifts keeps me feeling loose and helps me work on my flexibility for injury prevention!

Proud to lead is an understatement. As a lead instructor, I build out a team of talented instructors to create the most positive studio experience for any level student that walks through the door. I love the community atmosphere of our studio as it reminds me of the love I felt being on sports teams my whole life.

After moving home from New Jersey, I knew I wanted to continue teaching yoga to athletes. Athlete Yoga is built off my experience as a student athlete and my struggles with mental health related to sports performance.
Lover of Life
When I am not doing or teaching yoga, I am likely on a walk or cuddling with my pup, Ziggy, or surfing in the big blue. I find joy in connecting to nature through the ocean and love finding new surf spots that take my breath away.
